Everything you need to know to get the most out of every Cape Cleaning visit.

Preparing Your Home
- Pick up personal items, clothing, and clutter from floors and surfaces so our team can reach every area.
- Secure valuables, jewelry, or items you prefer not to have moved.
- Ensure our team has clear access to all areas included in your service.
- If you have pets, please secure them or let us know in advance.
- Leave a note if you have specific requests, priority areas, or products to avoid.
Scheduling and Appointments
- We will confirm your appointment by phone or email before each scheduled visit.
- Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Your preferred recurring time slot is held each visit unless you request a change.
Access to Your Home
- You do not need to be home. Many clients use a lockbox, leave a key, or arrange access through a property manager.
- If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the visit may be counted as a cancellation.
- Please provide alarm codes, gate codes, or special entry instructions before your first visit.
- All access information is kept strictly confidential and never shared outside our team.
What We Do Not Clean
- Biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, or pest-related cleaning.
- Exterior windows above ground level or roof areas.
- Laundry washing or folding unless specifically arranged.
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances beyond normal cleaning reach.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with any area, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean it at no additional charge.
Payments
- Payment is due on the day of service unless a recurring billing arrangement has been set up.
- We accept all major payment methods. Details are confirmed at booking.
- Invoices are sent by email after each completed visit.
