Terms of Service

Please read these terms before booking any service with Cape Cleaning Solutions.

1. Services

Cape Cleaning Solutions provides residential and commercial cleaning services across Cape Cod and surrounding areas. The specific scope of work is confirmed in writing prior to the first visit.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

3. Access to Property

The client is responsible for providing safe, lawful access at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, the visit may be considered a cancellation and the applicable fee may apply. All access information is kept strictly confidential.

4. Payment

Payment is due on the date of service unless a prior billing arrangement has been confirmed in writing. We accept all major payment methods. Cape Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to suspend service for accounts with outstanding balances.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of a completed cleaning, notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the disputed area at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to issues reported after 24 hours or to services outside the agreed scope.

6. Liability

Cape Cleaning Solutions carries full liability insurance. Damage caused by our team during a scheduled service must be reported within 24 hours. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items left unsecured.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to prepare their home as outlined in our Customer Guidelines before each visit. A home that is not reasonably prepared may result in an adjusted scope or rescheduled service.

8. Changes to Services

Changes to the agreed scope must be communicated prior to the scheduled visit. Additional services added on the day may be subject to additional charges confirmed before work begins.

9. Privacy

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Please review our full Privacy Policy for details.

10. Changes to These Terms

Cape Cleaning Solutions may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
